Milestone Hygiene Check
- Every milestone is checked for logical anchoring — does it actually have a predecessor and a successor in the schedule logic, or is it floating disconnected from the network?
- Negative float concentrated on a milestone is flagged separately from general activity float — a milestone already behind its own float budget is a hard signal, not a soft one.
- Milestone-specific issues roll up into a dedicated Milestone hygiene sub-score on the Dashboard, alongside logic quality, float distribution, and constraint hygiene.
- Open the Milestones tab (visible once a schedule is loaded) for the full list with an on-track / missing-logic-anchor / negative-float status per milestone.
Critical Path Gantt Timeline Pro/Teams
- Bars are laid out by real calendar dates when the source file has them (XER/MS Project XML), or a relative day-by-day sequence when it doesn't (CSV).
- Red bars mark activities on the critical path or already carrying negative float — trace them upstream to find the actual bottleneck driving the delay, not just the symptom.
- Activities with no resolvable start date are listed separately underneath rather than plotted at a misleading day zero.
What-If Sandbox Simulator Pro/Teams
- Edit any activity's float or duration directly in the Sandbox tab and watch the health score recalculate instantly.
- Everything happens client-side — nothing is sent to the server, and your saved analysis is never altered. Use it to test recovery scenarios before committing to a real schedule revision.
