Ordo7 — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ordo7 ("we," "us") collects when you use the app at www.ordo7.pro, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store your password in plain text).
If you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook: your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by that provider. We never see or store your password for those services.
Schedule data you upload: the contents of any Primavera (.xer) or CSV schedule file you upload, used solely to generate your health analysis and reports.
Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number. We retain your subscription status and billing history metadata.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and AI credit consumption, used to operate and improve the product.

How we use your information

To provide the core service — analyzing schedules and generating reports.
To operate your account, including authentication and email verification.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send you product updates, feature announcements, and — if you opt in or interact with our marketing — occasional nurture emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
To generate AI-assisted summaries of your schedule data using Anthropic's Claude API. Schedule data sent to Claude for this purpose is used only to generate your requested summary and is not used to train Anthropic's models.

Third-party services we use

We rely on the following processors to operate Ordo7. Each only receives the data necessary to perform its function:

Stripe — payment processing
Knock — transactional and marketing email orchestration
Postmark — email delivery
Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-generated report summaries and chat
Railway — application hosting and database storage
Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook — optional sign-in, if you choose to use it

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, grouped into categories. Only the first is ever active without your consent:

Necessary — keeps you signed in (session cookie) and remembers your cookie preference itself. These can't be disabled without breaking login.
Analytics (Google Analytics) — only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner, and only if we've enabled it. Helps us understand which pages are useful.
Marketing (Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) — only loads if you accept it, and only if we've enabled it. Measures how our ad campaigns perform.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the ordo7_consent cookie in your browser, which brings the banner back on your next visit.

Referrals

If you use Ordo7's referral program, we associate the referral code in a signup link with the referring account so we can credit both accounts. We do not share your email address with the person you refer, or vice versa.

Data retention

We retain your account and schedule data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information by contacting us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any such email.
You can disconnect a social sign-in provider by contacting us; your account will remain accessible via email/password.
