Ordo7 — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ordo7 at www.ordo7.pro. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Ordo7 analyzes project schedules you upload (Primavera .xer exports or CSV files) and returns a health score, detected issues, and optional AI-generated summaries. It is a diagnostic and reporting tool — it does not modify your schedule files or push changes back into any scheduling system.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may sign in with email/password or via Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook, at your choice.

Your data

You retain ownership of any schedule data you upload. We use it only to provide the analysis you requested — see the Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
AI summary credits included with a subscription refill each billing cycle and do not roll over.
One-time credit top-ups do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; you'll retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Referral program

Referral bonus credits are awarded per our current program terms, which we may adjust going forward. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits in cases of abuse (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ordo7 to upload data you don't have the right to share, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Ordo7's analysis is provided as a diagnostic aid and does not constitute professional scheduling, engineering, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions made based on its output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ordo7 after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
